ARCHIVED: Remember this? The Microsoft Knowledge Base was a reference resource of information provided and used by Microsoft support engineers. Members used it to quickly find complete answers to their Microsoft software questions. They could search by product name, version, or category, and specify publication dates.
With full-text searching of more than 13,000 documents, the Microsoft Knowledge Base could retrieve all the information needed. Many documents also included references to related files in the Microsoft Software Library. (Source: CS Almanac) Here were some of its main areas:
